Cocoa Jones is a premium range of ethically sourced chocolate, beautifully handcrafted and exquisitely presented. They had created a strong visual identity but there was a clear opportunity to develop a more strategic content strategy that converted into increased website traffic and sales.
The work
- Bare PR conducted a full review of Cocoa Jones’ online content to inform an evidence-based approach to marketing and set a base line for measurement and evaluation
- We developed and delivered a new social media strategy with content designed for segmented audiences and seasonal sales opportunities
- We introduced The Cocoa Jones Club; an e-newsletter for regular and occasional consumers to increase repeat and diverse purchase

- Over the 2-month period we increased unique visitors to the website by 25% with a 33% increase in total website sessions
- Social media became the single biggest generator of traffic to the Cocoa Jones’ website overall
- We increased acquisition from Facebook by 240 % and from Instagram by 105% from Instagram.
